To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.

I started taking my daughters car here after a horrible experience at Firestone down the road. They have been honest and straight forward with us. They made my daughter feel as if she could trust them and their work over the other repair shops around. Keep up the great work!

Both of my children attend UTC. Any time there is an issue with one of their vehicles I have to deal with it remotely. Every time the team at Maxi has taken care of them without question and given us fantastic service. It is hard to find someone who you feel you can trust to do the right thing and treat young customers with professionalism and respect. I recommend the team at Dayton Blvd without question.

I live in central Florida and my son attends UT Chat. He needed some immediate muffler repairs on his truck and as a college kid, he was clueless who to take it to. I found Maxi on the web and read excellent review after review so I sent my son in. I called ahead and spoke with Steve who was extremely kind and very professional. Had to get some work done on my car. The mangers there were very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this place and I am going there whenever I need my car fixed again.
